Reception/Foundation Stage

The Nursery/Reception/Early Years Foundation Stage products are very wide ranging and plintiful, reflecting the importance of Early Years Physical Development.

Action Kids products are all about Physical Development with fun and are in line with all the Early Years guidance.

Reception lesson plans can be found in the Reception and Key Stage 1 volumes of gymnastics, dance and games manuals and Nursery and Reception session and lesson plans in the Action Kids 600 (90 lesson plans to cover two years of work). The Nursery/Reception/Early Years Foundation physical development with fun approach encompasses warm-ups, calm-downs, spatial awareness development, activities leading to gymnastics, dance and games, sound & music activities and parachute games.

All the activities in all the Action Kids publications work towards the fullfillment of The Early Learning Goals in the Foundation Curriculum. By engaging in the Action Kids activities it is possible to access directly or indirectly over 90% of all the Early Learning Goals in all six areas of development.
